Regal is giving out a free exclusive Doctor Doom MTG promo card to Avengers Doomsday moviegoers at Infinity Vision screenings from December 17 to 20, 2026. The card, Doctor Doom, King of Latveria, features new artwork by Jorge Molina and is the same blue, black, and red commander that fronts one of the Marvel Super Heroes Commander precons, available to Regal Rewards members while supplies last.
The card sits at the overlap of the Marvel and Magic: The Gathering collector bases. Regal has not announced how many of these cards it printed, so this is not a guaranteed flip. But for anyone already planning to watch Avengers Doomsday on the big screen, the card is effectively free — and comparable alternate-art Marvel Legends MTG promos were trading between $16 and $48 on TCGplayer as of October 2026.
How to Get the Doctor Doom MTG Card
Getting one takes three steps:
- Join Regal Rewards, which is free
- Book an Infinity Vision screening of Avengers Doomsday between December 17 and 20 (other formats do not qualify)
- Show up while the theater still has cards
The giveaway starts the day before Doomsday’s official December 18 release, and tickets are on sale now. Cards go out while supplies last, so some locations will almost certainly run dry before others.
The Doctor Doom Card
Doctor Doom, King of Latveria is mechanically identical to the villain commander that fronts one of the Marvel Super Heroes Commander precons in blue, black, and red. What makes this version exclusive is its new artwork by Jorge Molina: Doom in his iron mask and green hooded cloak, flanked by three robed figures in gold masks.
That art is exclusive to this promo for now. A separate alternate-art Doctor Doom promo is also packed with an upcoming Marvel Legends action figure.
Doctor Doom Promo Value and Supply
Comparable alternate-art Marvel Legends MTG promos were trading between $16 and $48 on TCGplayer as of October 2026. The big unknown is supply. Regal has not said how many cards exist or how they are split across theaters, and a large print run would flatten prices quickly.
If you are going, the December 17 previews are the best shot at a card, and listing within the first few days usually catches the hype before the market fills up. Promos like this are usually handed out at the counter before the show, so you do not technically have to sit through the movie to claim one.
