NARUTO Mythos TCG is set to make its first major appearance in the United States at San Diego Comic-Con, giving fans an early chance to try the game before its official North American launch. The trading card game will be exclusively distributed in the U.S. by Zvezdar, which is expanding its operations into the American market.
Show Floor Debut
At Comic-Con, the game will appear at two booths with different experiences for attendees. The main booth will be located in the Marriott hotel, where visitors can play a hands-on demo, face other players, and learn the game’s core mechanics. Those who stop by the demo booth will receive a grab bag while supplies last, including a Summoning Jutsu promo card.
It will also be present on the main convention floor at the Rocketship booth. That location will be the first place in the U.S. where booster boxes and card packs can be purchased. Buyers of a booster box will also receive a Shadow Clone Jutsu promo card, which is a variant of a rare card from Set 1, while supplies last.
How The Game Plays

NARUTO Mythos TCG centers on assigning character cards to mission cards and activating unique effects. Strategy involves hiding characters face down, then using them later to ambush an opponent or spending chakra to upgrade them into stronger Jutsu. The Comic-Con demo aims to help new players understand the pace of the game and the best ways to build an advantage.

The game’s promotional cards are classified as Mythos rarity, which is reserved for out-of-collection cards available only through special events and tournaments. The regular collection includes five rarity tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Secret Rare, and Legendary.
Collection And Release Plans

The NARUTO Mythos TCG collection includes multiple visual variants. Common and Uncommon cards come in Normal, Full Art, and Holographic versions. Rare cards also appear as puzzle art cards, while Rare Art cards add unique backgrounds, holographic effects, and micro-engravings. Secret Rare cards feature a gold finish with an abstract triangle holographic effect, and Secret Variants add unique colors.
Legendaries sit at the top of the rarity ladder. Each one is uniquely numbered and crafted with 22-karat gold foil. Beyond the Comic-Con debut, the game is building a veteran-led professional competitive program for North America, and a full worldwide rollout that includes Central and South America is planned for November.
The first official card set, Konoha Shidō, will begin pre-release events in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean on August 29. Additional sets are already in the pipeline, including Set 2, Shinobi Shiren, which arrives in Europe in September, and Set 3, which will introduce the NARUTO Shippuden era and the Akatsuki faction.
